ONLINE RETURNS
At Friday Harbour Lifestyle, we take pride in the quality of our products and strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. We have a 30 day Return or Exchange Policy. To start a return request or report a product issue, please login to your account, visit your orders page and click on your order. There you can initiate a return. Please note: all returns and exchanges must be in their original condition, be unused and unlaundered and have the tags will on the product. Exchange orders are subject to our standard shipping rates at the time of shipping.
Each item is thoroughly inspected before being shipped. If for some reason you receive a faulty product, we will gladly send a replacement or exchange it.
Quick Guide for Returns:
- Please login to your customer account to initiate a return or exchange as early as possible, and no later than 30 days after delivery.
- Items being returned must be in original condition with any original product tags or packaging still intact.
- Sale items (discounted or promotional*), or items that have been used, soiled, washed or damaged are a final sale.
- Costs for returning items are the responsibility of the customer: this includes packing and shipping.
- Returned items that do not meet the above listed criteria may be rejected and in thus credit or refund will not be provided.
- Returned items will be inspected upon receipt. Once we have verified items are eligible for return, the transaction will be processed.
- Promotional items, discounted items or any item purchased with a discount code may not be eligible for return and will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
- Customers are responsible for applicable return shipping costs.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a credit or exchange, the cost of return shipping will be deducted. Exchange orders are subject to our standard shipping rates at the time of shipping.
*If you made a purchase from an individual retailer, please visit their store for their return/exchange policies.
RETURN POLICY
CONDITIONS, REQUIREMENTS & PROCESS (WHAT TO EXPECT)
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the delivery date* of goods. If 30 days have passed since the delivery of your order, we regret that we cannot offer you a return, credit or exchange.
Credits, returns or exchanges will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned items. Exchange orders are subject to our standard shipping rates. A new shipping fee will be applied to the exchanged item that is to be shipped. *Shipping fees may be covered if the exchange is a result of a defective product or our company error.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. The original receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.
Once your item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
*Delivery date is the date shown by the assigned courier to have delivered your order to its destination address. If you do not locate or open your order until after that date, the delivery date stands as your date of receipt for return/exchange purposes.NON-RETURNABLE + NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
- Sale, discounted, and/or clearance items do not qualify for return. These items are final sale.
- Items that have been used, laundered or soiled are also considered a final sale.
- Items that are not in new and usable condition are considered a final sale. It is the customer’s responsibility to pack items to ensure they arrive safely for return.
- Items damaged during transit due to improper packaging will be considered a final sale.

ORDER MISTAKES
We work quickly to ship your order, leaving a narrow time frame make any requested changes. If you notice an error (e.g., wrong address, style, quantity, color, size), contact us immediately. We'll do our best to correct it, but we can't guarantee interception. If we can't catch it in time, the order will be delivered as-is, and any further action or cost will be your responsibility.
PRODUCT DEFECTS
All of our products are inspected prior to shipping. Please inspect your products upon arrival, if you notice any errors or defects please contact us immediately. Please note - all of our items are hand made and therefore small imperfections may occur. These imperfections are not considered defects if they do not affect the functionality or overall appearance of the product.
