There’s Something About the Coast

Feel Good Tip: Sunset Reset
Leave your phone inside and take your tea or drink (or just your bare feet) outdoors for golden hour, the most magical time of day just before the sun sets. Stand on the grass or press your toes into the dirt - let the earth support you. Studies show grounding can reduce stress and inflammation by reconnecting your body to the earth’s natural energy. It’s a small shift, but makes a big difference letting your mind slow down as the sky does the same.Because calm isn’t a place. It’s a way of being.

Outdoor Snack: Marinated Olives + Citrus
Bring the Coast Home: A Soft Natural Palette
You don’t need to live by the water to channel a coastal calm. Coastal charm begins with color that feels sun-washed and effortless—tones that echo the shore.
Try draping our Natural Oat & White or our Solid White Cloud Towel over the edge of your tub or a chair in the bedroom. Let the soft stripes and lightweight texture invite ease into your space.
Sage green, with its soft, earthy tone, is a perfect coastal neutral—reminiscent of dune grasses, eucalyptus leaves, and sun-faded foliage by the water.

Coastal Cocktail: Cucumber Gin Spritz
Light, herbal, and perfect for slow afternoons.
2 slices cucumber
A splash of elderflower liqueur
Sparkling water
Ice & mint to garnish
Directions:
Muddle cucumber in a shaker with gin and elderflower. Pour over ice, top with sparkling water, and finish with mint.
*Serve barefoot, ideally near a breeze.

Wishing you soft breezes, golden light, and one beautiful pause this week. Thanks for slowing down with us!
